| 13/12/2007 | County Skills Winners 2007 | Congratulations to Kent RE Squadron for winning the County Skills competition. The team was managed by Capt. Morris and SI Money. The team consisted of: Bdr Thackery, Bdr Ashburn, Cpl Batten, Sgt Hokings, LCpl Margett, Bdr Thompson, Sgt Swallow and LCpl Craggs. The team will now go on to represent Kent ACF in the regional skills competition to be held later this year. GOOD LUCK AND WELL DONE ! |
| 31/10/2007 | B company’s Thomas trophy weekend | Congratulations to Shorncliffe Detachment for winning the coveted Thomas trophy. The Thomas trophy is run by the company each year to see who will represent the company in the County skills comp. This will be the first time in many years that shorncliffe has won and is testament to just how hard the cadets have worked. Well done Shorncliffe.

| 20/09/2007 | Vehicle Recovery Training at Cranbrook Detachment! | Tonight saw soldiers from 36 Engineer Regiment (REME) giving cadets from Cranbrook Detachment (D Coy) a practical lesson in how to recover a Land Rover, cadets competed against each other using specialist equipment including a recovery wynch -the girls team won! Thanks to the Engineers for their time, fun was had by all! |
| 24/08/2007 | Camp Over! | Annual Camp 2007 has just finished and everyone had a great time. The county took around 700 cadets and most of them were sucessful with passing their tests. Many people were promoted through the ranks due to good work. Congratulations to all. Hope to see you next year in Thetford Norfolk. |
